Rica is a freshman at University of Southern California planning to study business administration. During high school, Rica founded her own nonprofit organization, Immigrant Nation, providing helpful resources for new immigrants through the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce. Outside of the classroom, you can find her hiking, writing blogs on WeChat, and baking. Growing up in Guangzhou, China, and becoming an immigrant to the states at the age of 12, Rica has always agreed that young people are the key agents for global innovations and peace. As a communication team member at UCBRC, Rica is looking forward to creating podcasts and interviews with different perspectives. She is also excited to use the power of social media to break biases and stereotypes between the two countries.

张裕萍Rica是一名美国南加州大学的大一新生，专业为工商管理。在高中时期，她通过贝尔维尤商会创业了非盈利组织“Immigrant Nation”帮助和提供资源给新移民。课堂外，她喜欢登山，在自己的微信公众号上分享留学经历，和烘培。广州出生长大的她在12岁的时候移民到了美国西雅图；Rica一直相信青少年们是全球创新与和平的主要推动者。作为UCBRC的Communication团队成员，她将会以不同的视角去创建播客和访谈。 她也很期待去利用社交媒体的力量来打破大家对两国文化中的偏见和刻板印象。
