Huiling is a rising senior at the Communication University of China, studying Broadcast Journalism with a specialization in International Communication. She currently interns at the Carnegie-Tsinghua Center for Global Policy, working in the Communication team where she’s mostly responsible for producing the Center’s media content and communicating scholars’ deep analysis to the general public through multimedia storytelling. Before this summer, she worked as a video intern at the Associated Press, delivering English news to Chinese audiences. Beyond that, Huiling is also a keen traveler and she enjoys hearing people’s stories and thoughts. Through her practical experiences, Huiling fully recognizes the importance of effective cross-cultural communication and she is excited to work at the IUCJ and hear more people’s views on this ever changing world.

慧玲是就读于中国传媒大学国际新闻专业的大三学生。这个夏天她在清华-卡内基全球政策研究中心媒体组实习，主要负责协助通过国内外媒体推广中心学者的研究成果，并通过多媒体方式将智库内容传递给广大受众。此前，她还曾在美联社工作，负责编译制作英语新闻视频。生活中，慧玲十分热爱旅行与聆听他人的故事和想法。通过丰富的实践经历，慧玲充分认识到推进高效跨文化传播的重要性。她十分开心加入IUCJ，并希望借助这个平台听到更多人对这个不断变化世界的想法与思考。
