Beverly is a first-year Master’s of International Affairs at Columbia University from Beijing, China, studying mass communication with a focus on public relations. She also studies pure and applied maths at BU. With strong interests in topics of politics and international affairs, she has worked on several political communication projects and internships. She enjoys sharing opinions and learning from others, and she loves reading various types of books during her free time to gain more knowledge. At BU, she works as the media campaign manager in the Undergraduate Student Government to research and develop better academic environment tools and strategies for the school, which allows her to understand, connect and empower students in different ways.

Intrigued by discourse on the relationship of China and the United States, Beverly is committed to deliver inspiring thoughts and experiences through her work between media and communication at UCBRC.
